HOW IT WORKS
Q: Can I use headphones with this monitor?
A: Yes you can, it comes with a 3.5 mm Aux port.
Q: How can I extend and mirror my laptop's display?
A: The Portable monitor is just like a regular computer monitor! You can plug it in directly and it can either extend or mirror your computer's display regularly.
Q: Can I attach two Portable monitors to my laptop?
A: Yes! This portable monitor is just like any monitor and you can connect several portable monitors at once to mirror or extend your screens. We're biased, but our team likes having 2 at least a minimum of 2 separate portable monitors to maximize productivity!
Q: Does Portable monitor require any downloads, software or drivers?
A: Nope! Just plug and play!
Q: I am using my Portable monitor with my Mac/Windows computer and it suddenly doesn’t work. What should I do?
A: Consult your user manual for more detailed troubleshooting or email us at support@theultimatemonitors.com so we can help you out! If all else fails, we have a 1 year warranty, so we got you covered!
Q: Can a stylus be used for accurate hand drawing?
A: Yes, the portable monitor is compatible with styluses!
Q: Can this be used as a solo monitor?
A: Yes it can!
Q: Are the speakers on the back or side?
A: On the back of the monitor! We wanted to keep the front as large and as free of clutter as possible!
WHAT‘S IN THE BOX
Q: What comes with my portable monitor?
A: 1 x USB C to USB C Cable, 1 x HDMI to mini HDMI cable, 1 x Portable monitor 1080p or 1x Portable monitor 4K monitor. If you get the 4K model it comes with a USB C charging plug as well - the 1080p model does NOT come with a charging plug. Note purchase of the monitor does NOT come with the stand/cover and the cover should be purchased separately!
Q: What is the length of the included cables?
A: 3 feet USB C Cable and HDMI to mini HDMI cable.
